Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns and offer full refunds within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t provide a full refund or exchange.
What can be returned?
- Items must be unused and in the original condition you received them.
- Original packaging must be included.
What can't be returned?
- Perishable items like food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain health and personal care items.
To return an item, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
In some cases, we may only offer partial refunds for:
- Books with visible wear
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.
- Items damaged due to reasons beyond our control
- Items returned after 30 days
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. This email will also let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days. The funds will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, etc.).
Didn't Get Your Refund?
- Double-check your bank account for the refund.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear.
- Check with your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@arrowtechinc.com and send your return to Arrow-Tech, Inc. at 417 Main Avenue West, Rolla, North Dakota 58367, United States.
Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return amount. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, they will receive a refund upon your return.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged item depends on your location.
For Expensive Items
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent without tracking.
